For a tourist location, cottage or else, our house offers an exceptional view on the St-Lawrence river and the mountains.You will admire the bay of Baie St-Paul, the boats during the summer : alpine skiig at the Massif de Petite-Rivière-St-François, snowshoe on nature, colors and autumn dreams or summer activities.

Our 3 rooms are cosy and comfortable. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each euipped with a double bed. |

On the main floor, we have one old-fashioned room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. |
Our well-equipped kitchen has a diswasher, microwave, dishes and all the equipment needed for your meals.
This house is about two hundred years old and one of our ancestors spent many happy years in it. Our living-room still reflects the atmosphere of yesteryear.

Wood supplied during winter.
We accept animals under certain conditions.
Long distance phone calls at the tenant's expenses.
Comforters, pillow and mattress covers included.
Bedding is available for a surcharge of 20$ (towels not included).
METHODS OF RESERVATIONS
The reservation will be confirmed only when a 20% deposit of the total rental cost is received and the rental contract is signed.
The balance is due at least 30 days before arrival date.
When the reservation is made less than 30 days before the starting date of the stay, the full payment will be requires.
